“You’re not feeling the party?” Kurt says as he walks up to the guy sitting alone by the campfire on the beach, his legs bent and elbows resting on them, fingers intertwined as he looks out at the water.

The guy looks up at Kurt, a little startled and surprised before he smiles. “Oh, I – no, god, I must look so sad, sitting here alone, I just wanted to – I think I drank a bit too much and wanted to wind down for a second,” he says with a chuckle, and Kurt can’t help but to think of it as… warm, especially combined with all his hurried rambling.

The sound of it spreads through Kurt’s body and stirs something in his chest, and maybe it’s the alcohol he’s had, maybe it’s the fact that Kurt’s been sneaking glances at him all evening, but he can’t stop himself from asking, “Can I join you?”

“Blaine, god – ” Kurt pants, hips pressing up into Blaine’s palm.

Blaine makes a little noise against the side of Kurt’s neck where he’s mouthing at the skin, fingers scrambling to get Kurt’s shirt out of his pants.

“Can’t – … come on, let’s at least get back to the hotel – ”

“Can’t wait,” Blaine mumbles and leans up to kiss him hard on the mouth and Kurt can’t stop himself from groaning into it. “Need you now, you’re wearing a bowtie, you know what you in a bowtie does to me – ”

“I was wearing a bowtie,” Kurt says and lets out a breathless giggle as his hands slide up into the back of Blaine’s hair, tugging at it, because his tie is now hanging undone around his neck, the top buttons on his shirt opened. “And of course I was, you dummy, we were getting married.”
